How do you combine SPF and moisturizer?

So I read in a skin care thread here from a guy who seems really knowledgeable that he recommends to moisturize first and after maybe 15-30 min he applies SPF.

The problem is now that I researched a bit and found out that there are actually two kind of sunscreens: chemical and physical sunscreens.

The physical SPF can be applied after the moisturizer because it functions as a layer on the skin.
But the chemical SPF is recommended to be applied before the moisturizer because it needs to get absorbed by the skin.

I currently have this sunscreen and it is a chemical one.

So do I actually have to apply this before a moisturizer? Seems kinda odd to me. And how much time in between?
