How do you come back from wasting months of your life?

I know there may be users in here who've wasted not only months, but years. And I wanna know how do they start living life again after losing so much damn time

It is difficult for me to get any motivation for trying to live a "fulfilling life", because I tend to think that people my age should already have it

Long story but to sum it up I was just too anxious to go out my comfort zone and take risks. Now I'm finally starting to do that so I'm making sum progress. But wish I started this years ago
