How do you control appetite without using drugs?

I used to cut from like 90kg to 74kg in the summer but then when i went back to school, i started eating like a fucking pig.I am now around 84-85kg.Do you guys have any tips to control appetite without using drugs?

beat the fuck out of yourself when you eat candy and think about how hideous you are

Try cutting out candy and slop, in 2 weeks the cravings go away
