I see them interacting with each other and because it’s pretty crowded it’s easy to see that I’m the only autist, I don’t know how to converse with them well

i have an autistic little sister who shares the same things, she seems to distance herself but if the talking to another is needed maybe try simple conversation because if your working in a crowded workplace it will automatically better your social and conversation skills.
