Just be careful if you get put on SSRIs. They are extremely hard to come off and it can make people feel suicidal. I was on them for 3 years and it was nightmare getting off them.

But instead of reading just watch videos abt philosophy its much faster and you don't need to go deep into one philosophy, just basically learn abt the biggest ones in history then dive into the one that you think makes the most sense or would make you the least depressed
