How do you cope throughout every day life?

in recent times ive really just been avoiding social interactions and going outside at all. Staying inside fucks my mental as well but having to deal with/hyperanalysing social spaces makes me want to be the only human on the planet. Any kind of effective looksmax is out the window for the next few months as well. Advice?
