I'm so anxoius what do you guys take or do, i'm genuienely so desperate rn to stop being stressed, I feel like stress and anxiety holds me back so fucking much and makes me a scared little bitch, lmk, anything helps so i'm open to whatever.

For starters it depends on what’s making you anxious, I won’t dig because I don’t want you to have to expose anything you’re not comfortable with but what does your current lifestyle look like ?
