I'm college I was so retarded that I had decent girls literally beg me to fuck them multiple times but i was too high inhib and rationalized that they were "not my type" and had the dumb youth immortality/there will always be another day/girl mindset. Still got laid an ok amount when I did man up but nothing close to what it could have been. Like you I have recently descended for me due to collagen/volume loss from stressful entreprenuership situations. Also I had 50k from a will inheritance that i could have invested in bitcoin and would have had 2.5 mil by now. Instead I let my parents force it into tuiton and invested in my friends dumb ass business with interest guaranteed and the fucker makes no money and has never paid me back so that went down the drain. Just a couple different decisions could have changed it all. If we could have just one do over right? Haha oh well
