No i dont work, but its extremely hot here in germany and i dont haven an AC
Also sweating 24/7

I eat homemade very tasty processed food,

I do long cardio session and play competitive video games with the aerobic boost and the dopamine boost from slop

I mostly enjoy the weekends when I'm alone and I can do that

during the week I work, eat some healthy stuff, try to be a good normie
