lately its been pretty hard to think, I feel like im just getting worse and worse, for example i have a hard time talking without stumbling and getting passed my own thoughts. its hard to format sentences and shit and I can't really dream as well they arent vivid its all just grey. its kind of scaring me. does anyone have any advice or a solution to stopping brain fog. I feel like a robot that just jacks off and scrolls on my phone.
