How do you deal with Autism/ADHD

I have ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Social Anxiety, and Autism (Atleast that's what I think based on my therapists diagnostics of me). How do you personally handle Neurodivergence and what's helped you best?

You have to manage your sensory environment so it's super predictable and organized, for autism. Otherwise, you'll be constantly overwhelmed and feel uncomfortable.

For the social aspect of autism, there isn't a cure. If you're high-functioning enough you can mask, but for most autists chances are people will be able to see right through you. In that case, nichemaxx in an autistic hobby and find an autist friendgroup and secure autist foids. For me, I know a lot of shit about music so I just alt maxxed. Most alt girls (e.g. emo girls, goth girls, punk girls, rave girls, etc.) have some sort of neurodivergence so you'll get along well with them. Political libtard girls too. If you put politics aside you'll find you get along really well with them. Girl autism expresses itself differently.

For the interest aspect, ideally you want to capitalize off of your obsession and combine it with your "basedness" (freedom from arbitrary social constraints) to get what you want. Looksmaxxing is a form of this, for example.

For ADHD, you generally want to get access to some sort of stimulant. You just have to get a referral from a family doctor to a psychiatrist, but honestly if you complain enough to them they might just up and prescribe you it themselves. Personally, I'd recommend vyvanse, but here you'd probably want more opinions. Try doing the lowest effective dose you can, as the higher you go the more physical symptoms you have. Make sure you aren't jerking off or playing minecraft as the effects of the drug are starting.
