It's best if they fear and love you but it's difficult to make people fear you if your not in a organization, its very risky to rely on mutual benefit.

I mean everytime i go out cops usually are all around inspecting things but they dont do anything to me i dont really know if they see me as a threat or im just paranoid cause everytime i go outside i always think people are out to get me
