How do you guys deal with feeling ill, lazy and weak during the cut (leanmax)? I'm not doing a full starvemax, just cutting back on carbs a bit, and within the first week I felt a serious drop in energy, which seriously interferes with my studies and work. I'm trying to deal with it with caffeine, but it's a very short term solution. And please don't recommend fucking steroids.

One more note, I don't experience a strong sense of hunger. Just a lack of mood and energy

not cutting out the macronutrient that gives you energy would help

could you write down all ur macros and cals so we get an idea if its shit or not

By "macros," do you mean height and weight?
protein, fats, carbs and what types of food are u eating and how many cals, u can write ur weight as well.

I suggest to consume more electrolytes like himalayan in water to avoid keto fatigue
