Im already on adhd for a month again and have talked to my voices 1-2 times a week. They were my first friends and its hard to detach from them. I had good and bad voices. I dont really have a chance since without adhd meds I dont function. What is the best way to say goodbye to them and to not miss them? Im having a hard time. I talked so much everyday to them, its hard to just leave the good voices.

Im serious, please genuine tips, but as with human relationships i suppose there is no hack and you just need to let time do its thing.
Please advice though

I mean i get the whole voices thing but its important to maintain steady human contact and reality checks but i don't know about the effect the adhd ordeal has on people maybe elaborate more then explaining it like an edgelord

I have good voices and bad voices. The bad voices say stuff and scare me thats the negative part. The goods cant exist without the bad ones.

I started to get the voices when i stopped taking my adhd meds and started to do tulpamancy. One voice was created by me and the other ones came on their own.

I started brutally ldaring (thats why i have so many posts) because of the absence of the meds.
Now im on meds again and its going okay. The meds as i know make the voices go away. Which is good since the bad ones are going but also bad since the good ones are also going!

I cannot function without adhd meds.
I stopped taking them because of the side effects i started to face even though im on them for 11 years. Now i have a problem with saying goodbye to the voices. They are a part of me, my first friends, i fucking miss them.

any more info?

I mean the voice are not an otherwordly out-of-body entity they are indeed a part of you but you are heavy on disassociating with yourself. Its probably some kind of meltdown and heavy dependency on adhd meds. Try detoxing your diet and research couse of adhd and toxins inthe brain

i think best thing is to just admit that you cannot keep the good voices and try to move on. Are you getting the meds from a new therapist, if so did you talk to them or the priest?

I’m already taking the meds for one month and they are gone. What I’m doing now is changing my clinic. That’s why
