How do you do Mma and lifting????!!

man im struggling.
I wanna train to be a fighter, fast, good technique. And just be good at mma.
But at the same time i wanna bench 4 plates.
But lifting makes you slow since u have bulk phases and u gain lots of weight.
How do i train for speed, hyper trophy, and strength??

Can u guys give me a good program for this?
(Btw i can workout almost everyday so idc how long that shit takes)

I stopped doing mma to just lift, had to pick one or the other for time reasons. Anyway if you want to fit in both your best bet is to lift 3x a week full body, in the morning. Mma classes are later in the day so that’s enough time to recover/do your responsibilities
