How do you Dopamine detox?

I could stay away from brainrot for about a week but now i'm back at it again. I'm trying to find ways to be consistent and stop being an undisciplined low dopamine rotter , how do you productivecels do?

I've been trying to do it for the past 4 years

I can do 10 hrs being super productive for 3-4 days and then have 7-10 days of poor efficiency and can't focus

I've tried to delete multiple times but jews have put 7 days delay or smth so you have to resist dopamine cravings from org which is hard
