how do you eat when travelling, outside for days, no access kitchen?

i just have milk, yoghurt, cheese, orange juice, whey protein, egg sandwich, wheetbix, nutritional yeast, fibre powder, fruits, extr virg olive oil, coconut oil/butter.

i cant bring myself to buy these bpa container ready eat meals, snacks with seed oils. their price per kg is overpriced af too rlly bad value.

only fastfood i have is mcdonalds $2 hamburger as no seed oil, relatively low inflammation decent carb protein fat. sometimes canned bean/oyster.

how tf is it possible to eat healthy outside?

im planning to move into a van soon, shower from gym, wifi from uni maybe so may need live like this. uni also has microwaves now wtf jfl so i was thinking could do oats but realised those r bad now too

crazy almost all food is zogged wtf, theres very few healthy snacks/meals

ye it seems asian restaurants serve healthiest foods actually. dont rlly fill you up tho, kinda overpriced but decent for leanmaxxing perhaps. fark fish used to be so good too but now zogged microplastic. kebabs bit pricey but seem decent as well.

lowkey may just move to mountains, kill and eat wild animals, make little farm to grow fruit, veg; get raw milk n eggs from cow n chicken. dick proeneckke life is ideal. i came close from india mountain region too, could try ask local farmer to give me shelter n food in exchange for labour. that lifestyle with ltr trad women lowkey heaven on earth. actions > words, i could literally do this tbh, wageslave 1 more yr n invest in farm back in india mountain region

eat some fucking vegetables

buy a cold sandwich

If you want to cook something go to a restaurant
