Raw diary from an Amish farm is fine. It's the ultra pasteurized dairy with hormones and antibiotics pumped into it that will destroy your T levels.
My top T boosting methods:
1.) Ashwagandha and Shilajit are my go to herbs for increasing T levels.
2.) 30 minutes of sun exposure per day.
3.) Lifting (compound lower body are the most effective).
4.) Semen retention
5.) Keeping my fat intake over 30% of my daily caloric intake
6.) Intermittent fasting
7.) Meditation
8.) HIT Training
9.) Cold showers
10.) Frequencies (by far the most powerful and immediate impact). The issue I had was too much of these frequencies would cause acne over time. I use HGH release at night and T increase for 20 minutes after a workout.
