Jumping from a building? What if you go into a coma and break all your bones, but don't die, it would be horrible. Shoot yourself? 1.Where do you find the gun 2. What if you survive somehow. The only real way is getting euthanasia where they basically just put you in a cabin and kill you instantly with a gas, without any pain. The only problem is that it costs a shit ton of money (like €20-30k). You can't even die in peace without paying, moneypill is so brutal
