How do you even make friends after high school?

Fuck, I graduate in 2 months and I barely made any friends in high school

It only gets harder and harder, high school is probably the easiest time in your life to make friends. Being lonely in high school is a giga life failo. People only seem to make friends as adults is if they are coworkers, neighbors, or parents of their kids friends.
