From what i can infer its few actually evil messiahs being followed and imitatied by crowds of covert edgelords (diffrent triads and offshoots).The main appeal is not the satanism (ask them a basic question about actuall satanism/rituals) but the luciferian archetype; that being the ideal perfect male ostracized out by society(heaven) for their anti establishment(goatist), neo-accelerationist,atheism ,introvetism ,mysognistic(idealising women being raped),and morbid interest, just like the actual story of him.There main ideal is choosing their won health for short term-gratification (looks,strength,height, etc) to cope for the irrediamble personality ergo freedom.Not many on org cause of the obviouse backlash (these groups thrive of eco-chambers ergo why their mostly on ecochambers.)

Looksmaxxing is a set of ideas not set in stone .Like any belief system any one can change and use it.It is just that looksmaxxing's conclusions attract people who already believe or can believe(in this case sociopathic people ie satanist) such things without disgust/overriding belief
