How do you fellow acnecels cope?

I've had severe acne for over a decade now, my teenage years and early 20's were completely ruined, i'll never get those years back.

I'm talking about the real acnecels now, not the "I got a pimple on my forehead when I was 14 :/"

I have literally forgotten what it's like to look like a normal human being.
