How do you fix a fatty nose?

Are there any methods to make a fat nose with thick skin thinner and more defined?

I know there's tip rhino but those tend to have a limited effect on the actual shape of the nose if the underlying problem of thick skin isn't addressed.

Has anyone successfully done this in a sustainable way (topical steroids are a short term solution)

Yes. If you look at a lot of alarplasties on blacks the end result is better than the starting point but far from perfect due to thick skin (example below)

Just took a look. I'll have to look into the Co2. Hopefully it's not cope. I've tried differin on the nose there might have been a marginal difference IDK.

Going to have a rhino in a few months and the surgeon is going to try to refine the tip a little bit. Hopefully it works.
