If I'm being honest, thumbpulling will likely not work at all. For non-invasive surgical procedures your best bet is orthodontics. The problem is being young, having a good ortho willing to fix your aesthetics without compromising function and having the money to pay for everything. I'm not certain which appliances and methods will fix recession the best though. For all I know I could be bulshitting and it's over after all
