how do you fix a recessed mandible

i need some forward grwoth im ngl like im a couple mms recessed. its not awful but i can be hmtn maxx if i max out other features. im 16 tanner stage 4. id gotten an xray day recently and my bone age is somewhere around 15. so theres a chance my sutures arent fused yet. im hard mewing literally all day what else do i do.

im new at this shit but, if ur teeth are wrong, braces lowkey helped me a lot, its like the only way besides surgery

Weight training especially full ROM shoulder abduction(OHP, upright rows) and shoulder flexion(overhead) exercises like front raises done all the way over your head, and anything else that grows neck area muscles, probably neck forward flexion exercises in full ROM especially.

I had braces due to multiple teeth accidents as a kid that fucked me up, got perfect teeth and over time my jaw grew in even better/more correctly as I matured into adulthood and my 20s. Think training shoulder + neck exercises maybe helped a tiny bit as well. Braces are worth it always anyway because perfect straight teeth are such a massive halo effect and the ROI for braces is exorbitantly massive for the cost. (Also don't remove any teeth for braces). I used to have a big height gap between upper and lower molars and it just fixed itself completely over time post braces and as I got into my 20s so I got a perfect bite and everything.
