you probably cant fix your aymmetry, it looks like it might be bone asymmetry and if so you would need orthodontics or surgery to fix it, but if it is just soft tissue then just chew equally on both sides, do some facial excercises, sleep on ur back ect, if you show your teeth thatd help to know if its skeletal asymmetry or not. t's not that bad though you have a lot of other things to worry about. How do you fix asymmetry? high iq user, no copeOthrodonitcs. What youre experincing is structural asymmetry, and your bite, most liekly midplatar line, is shifted. The only way to fix this is ortho or surgery. This is the most likely asymmetry and I myself struggle with it. I'm seeing a specialist in TMJ soon because thats whats been causing mine.
also the jaw shifiting to the left like i said is a bite issue (which is also in line with the misaligned midpalatal line), so ortho and/or potential surgery is the only real method. it's a bone/bite issue, nuthin else you can do abt it.high iq user, no cope
