How do you fix dark under eyes and also nasial facial fold

so i got pretty bad dark under eyes since i am south asian and i just want to know a way to fix it and solve it and also my nasial fold is awful because i have smile lines so is there a way to fix it and what it is i could do

under eyes/lower eye lid:
-if discoloration due to vascular reasons (blood vesicels showing) use methods for collagen synthesis and dermal thickening (lmk if you need info on that) aswell as oxymetazoline
-if under eye hollowness causes shadows you can permanently fraud under eyes by depigmenting through tyrosinase inhibition (depigmentation agents based on effectiveness: 4% hydroquinone > azelaic acid 15-20% > vitamin c serum, frequency of application depends on the agent you choose)
-under eye hollowness can be solved by local fat grafting, orbital implants or upper jaw surgery where the entire maxilla is advanced, bringing the skeletal under eye support forward
-local adipogenesis might work in the future through topical PPAR-gamma agonism (Rosiglitazone/Pioglitazone), sourcing hasnt been possible for me yet, dont waste money on volufiline, it does not work

nasolabial folds:
-lefort 1/2, if due to collagen loss and not due to skeletal recession face lift
-collagen and elastin stimulation through topical and systemic retinoids (low dose isotretinoin in combination with tazarotene/tretinoin, estriol cream, radio frequency treatment etc.
