how do you fix eye assymetry?

i have a pretty assymetrical face, big part of it is my lips and eyes, it feels like they are shaped differently one of the eyes has a slight downward bent towards the outer corner and the other is pretty much straight how would i fix that? same goes for my eyebrows although they seem to be the same shape as when i raise my eyebrows they look completely identical even when inverted but when resting they have a different shape.
also i wanted to put this in a different post but since im already talking about assymetries how do fix my lip assymetry the one side of my cupids bow is higher than the other.I was thinking of filler but i before i proceed with that i wanted to know if there is any other way.

are infraorbital implants the only option or is there any other surgery? ive heard infraorb implants start from 10k and up which kind of hard to affoard when i already have trimax planned

No I don't think you need infra implants

the surgeon i asked didnt do infraorb implants but i've seen that they are super expensive also at the end of the day i wouldn't want a surgeon with anything but an amazing reputation to be digging around my eye cause you really only get two of them
