One side is downgrown inferior tilt and recessed cheekbone/zygo in comparison to the other side.

you cannot fix bone structure without surgery

This could be do to the Sphenoid Bone, Thumb Pulling will benefit the Maxilla which controls majority of the skull and can help balance it out. Also make sure to sleep on your back obv. And Chew correctly, if one side is bigger chew on the other side for 45 min a day.

Thanks for advice. But could this be like an imbalance of prenatal T due to a lack of hormones produce while I was being developed in the womb? My parents and siblings don’t have this issue Except for me. Guess it’s already been predetermined at birth damn

obo only buddy. also you might have plagiocephaly

Yeah I wholeheartedly agree OBO is the only way but who even does it other than black pilled cranial facial surgeons?
practically nobody sadly. depending on how severe your asymmetry is someone MIGHT perform it on you but if it's just mild I doubt it. Shit sucks.

Kinda mild. Barely-sometimes noticeable in motion. But each time I stare at a photo of myself it extremely apparent and unsightly to look at. Almost like a Picasso art. Truth hurts guess I can only change what I can and accept what I must

Filler is a more realistic option

a lot of people have slight asymmetries on eyes, its not that big of a deal sometimes

Like zygo implant? Even though my tilts are asymmetrical I can at least fraud with fake bones in my skull to even out the bones. I might consider in the future thanks

I agree but it’s hard to look at something unpleasant especially when it’s got something to do with your eye area crucial part of facial aesthetics

better look for other features on your face, most of those types of asymmetries are near impossible to fix, and more of the times they are so mild no surgeon would do surgery
