How do you fix sparse eyebrows?

Due to genetics my eyebrows have always been very sparse. How can I make them more coarse and bushy?

This youtube short said to use Rapidbrow while this one said to use minoxidil and oils.

Why would topical application be preferred over oral ingestion?

You can buy the topical solution and ingest it orally.
People usually have better results on oral, since it doesn't leave as much room for error.
Also you'll most likely experience better lashes, and hair. Bunch of benefits to doing it orally.
But if you strictly only want to target your eyebrows I suppose you could go for a topical solution, but it's tedious in comparison, trust me.
