How do you fix uneven hooding?

I have more hooding on my right eye than my left, and this makes my eye area look really asymmetrical and shittier than it already is.

How do I fix this? Is it just fillers or what?

I used to have it too, the cause imo: I used to squint my left eye when I was outside in the sun, so some muscles should have developed more. After I started to do it the other way around, it got rid of itself. Now I squint both eyes symmetrically when in the sun.

TLDR: Learning: if you have asymmetries in your face, pay attention to whether you are doing a movement/activity asymmetrically, if so, reverse it.
