How do you fix uneven skin and get smooth skin

i need help with my skin in some areas my face has red bumpy acne like patches like on my cheeks, please lmk how to fix this

diet helps the most, rest either try accutane or just thug it out. Also fuck skincare and moisturizer for me it makes things 80% worse so avoid that if u did try it and didnt work back in 2023 mfs would swear on skincare but only cuz they were getting paid for it
