How do you fix upper lip asymmetry,

(picture attached is just for reference and is not me) However my lips shape is similar and I was wondering how to fix asymmetry where on the top lip, where there is two parts separated by that arch, one side is way higher then the other side of the upper lip how do I fix that.

PS: Im still going through puberty.
