I recently tried to wear sock lifts instead of normal lifts and they don't give any height in shoes.

But when you wear them without shoes they do give some height, so it's tricky.

Do you gain height when you're in the house, or outside?

I’ve taken mine off in front of hookups and they don’t say shit. Just gotta let face and physique carry bc once you have her over/you’re at hers it’s game over. Realistically, if she kicks you out for being 2 inches shorter just take the L. If you’re frauding 4+ inches it’s another thing though
