to get a prescription u need a prescription from a doctor

idk any sources but u can find it online

go to your doctor and tell him that you want to hop on.
if too lazy (like me) get an online prescription. they will just ask you about your medical history and make you send photos of your hair.
mine isn't even that bad and i got it.
