How do you get bigger forearms

I've been trying to train forearms for a long time because they've always been the weakest part of my arm. I've been abusing my pull up bar as of lately and I'm wondering if there's any training routine I should follow. I only have a pull up bar and 20 lb dumbbells btw

forearm grips from amazon, any brand will do as long as they don’t break, it’ll increase vascularity as well

Reverse curls, pull exercises without straps (rows/pull ups), you have to GAIN WEIGHT to GROW your forearms, no food = no gains
Fat grip pull ups
Choose dumbbells with thicker handles

do pushups one day then next day do pullups and keep doing that.

btw you MUST count the reps and try very hard to push better than you did before
 
Brachioradialis exercises such as reverse grip curls and pronated pull-ups.
 
figure out a way to thicken your wrist and arm bones

Hit forearms daily for 1 month then rest them for 1 week then repeat this worked pretty well for me idk bout you
