How do you get hollow cheeks if you are already close to having hollow cheeks?

So I have pretty good bones, good forward growth wide jaw and zygos. In some angles and in certain lighting I look like I have hollow cheeks, but if I suck my cheeks in just a tiny miniscule bit I ascend like a whole 1 PSL. Maybe it's just autism causing me to think this but to me it looks like an insane fucking halo.


Would I just need jaw or cheekbone implants to get hollow cheeks or does anyone know is there another easier/cheaper surgery to get hollow cheeks?

Don’t consider any form of surgery until you have visible abs. If you already have visible abs but still no hollows THEN you could think about surgeries
