how do you get rid of a fever asap

Basically bedridden with septic bronchitis rn. Any advice or hack to get better faster? I heard megadosing melatonin up to 50 mg can help.

Extra Strength Tylenol. But generic acetaminophen with the same dosage will do the job just the same for less money.
If you are really desperate to get rid of your fever fast, take 2 500mg acetaminophen tablets every 4-6 hours, maximum of 8 tablets per 24 hour period as per the maximum dosage on the label.
