Hello my skin on my cheeks feels baby smooth but there's still some acne scars they haven't went away in a year. I've tried tretinoin, azelaic acid, have had a perfect diet and tried collagen years ago. Like this picture

Doesn't partially look like PIE, might be something else but best I can tell u is to continue tret, azelaic and introduce microneedling

What percent azeliac acid did you use?
Have you tried Hydroquinone?

tazarotene 0.05% EN + azelaic acid 15% ED (make sure to do some research on it and ajust strength accordingly if its rlly bad)
