I have an autoimmune disease that used to affected my liver and ever since then my skin has a yellowish zombie like hue and it ruins my looks completely

How long have you been on the medication? Has the medication really had time to make changes in your skin? I think this is something you should honestly discuss with your doctor. Maybe get multiple opinions, one from your regular doctor, and one from a dermatologist.
