How do you get taller without surgery or genetics?

How do you actually get taller without genetics and surgery? Im 16 and 5'11 and want to reach 6'1-6'2.

growth hormone only works for people with idiopathic short stature (which means they're behind their predicted height for their age) it's not a height multiplier, it doesn't make someone with parents that are both <180 grow beyond that.

Idiopathic short stature means that you are shorter than average for your age and gender without any underlying medical condition (genetically short basically), not necessarily behind your predicted heigth.

All AD patients are tall though even though they often weren't meant to be tall, same for eunuchs which were all described as very tall throughout history (they had little to no estrogen during puberty due to not having testicules.
You can surpass your genetic limit through hormonal manipulations and that's the very reason why endocrinologists are prescribing HGH and AIs in the first place.
