You know what I’m talking abt?
It’s not tan even tho its probably half of it but I’m talking abt that glow that thom strjid has yk?

Im ofc taking mt2 while doing this for a base

Ive used both, and trust me I dosed them correctly, mt2 gives more of a fake tan, mt1 takes longer to work but gives you a nice glow

Also could this just come from having good blood circulation cuz I’m sure there are drugs for that too
 
beta carotene gotta be what your looking for, i would add that on top of a decent tan

when i was a kid i was always being told that healthy glow is from a good diet since all of my food when i was younger was sourced from my grandparents who had a farm (lot of organic milk eggs and meat)

Beta-carotene. Use supplements if not natural, and DO NOT smoke at all! Or lung cancer has a very high chance.

Beta Carotene is known to cause carotenemia (beta carotene deposits in skin) in high enough doses over a long enough time, this is well established mechanistically. Id watch this for quick form info; presenter is an MD/PhD

Astaxanthin is a carotenoid and is readily deposited into the skin its more red-orange than beta-carotene.
Check section 4.2.4
The link to this may or may not work:
Its using photo manipulation but it compares pale vs sun tan melanin vs carotene tan and carotene wins out.
There's obviously limits because the baseline was pale/white people.

Couldn't find much specific for lycopene for tone but did find a lot for photodamage protection (tomatoes and other plants literally use it for this) and cardiovascular health.
Check out this study theres quite a bit so ctrl F
Found this would need to read more but yes theres an appreciable shift in colouration.
