Tbh what I got is don’t br abusing your compounds and be a healthy person.

I’m gonna be on test200-500 hgh4-8 and var 10-25mg
Those are starting and final doses that I’ll will ever reach I don’t want to become ugly with roids but the main culprit is balding and being bloated from aldosterone and estrogen I believe so being lean prob helps

In the future I’ll be doing halo and tren maybe primo or eq
