Using substances or media every once in a while is fine tbh, you need leisure to stay sane. Why do u think wagecucks drink, club and party once a week? Moderation is key.

To have a stereotypically "successful" and productive life u need to have goals and plans to execute them. Start small, "I will spend 30 minutes cleaning my room and watch TV after as a reward." Simple ones are: develop a set sleep and wake cycle, go to the gym 3-5 times every week, shower/brush daily, make 3 meals a day. After the basics you are more well adapted and can move towards bigger goals.
