How do you go about a consultation with a maxfac surgeon?

Do you just go “i want this, i want that” or do you just tell the mf what bothers you about ur face? Genuinely curious because I might book a consultation soon but I haven’t bothered doing any research in the past year because I had no source of income and I didn’t want to mentally masturbate about the thought of surgery but now since I do have a job I would like to know whether or not there is anything that can be done or if it’s worth the effort of wageslaving for the next year.
