How do you go about cutting on testosterone?

So I was 130 lbs but now i reached 160 lbs and honestly i am tired of my bloated face, Now I want to cut.
How do i go about cutting?
is it possible to gain muscles while cutting on testosterone for me? I will reduce my dosage from 500mg to 300mg.
my current bf is around 16-17% (i think)
