How do you go gym if you work 9-5 ?

Lets say you work a 9-5 job from Monday to Friday how do you manage time and go gym while also getting 40 minute's of cardio everyday ?

My personal routine i made for myself:

Monday: Push day weights, after 30mins of cardio

Tuesday: Rest day no weights but Sprinting

Wednesday: Pull day weights, after 30 mins of cardio

Thursday: Rest day no weights, but Sprinting

Friday : Legs, no cardio after

Saturday: Rest, walking

Sunday: Rest, walking

How do you manage to do this with a 9-5 job ?

 
It’s possible just don’t have ADHD and you’re good to go. Normies manage to do it somehow and not burn the fuck out of themselves with all that’s going on in their life

Two days a week is not enough to be healthy
i meant leave heavy lifting and more time consuming things in day off, on ur work days you can do cardio and more time to urself
 
Just go lol. You can interchange your 2 rest days with monday and Tuesday or Friday and Thursday.

Ok ill just go then…. Ill probs do my weights at 6 right after work on the way to the gym and then do cardio which will be 8:00 by the time i come home
 
if you're working out for 3 days don't do PPL, better to spread across and do smth like full body

Alright. The thing is that there isn’t much to do in situations like this. You can’t make your job last less.
When does your job start? Maybe you can workout before your job. If it makes you too tired then discard the cardio and do cardio after work.
Specially since cardio in most cases causes more adrenaline and once you are in a rhythm you don’t feel as tired until you finished.
 
My Dad did it by sacrificing sleep. Wakes up at 4:30 am to do it. He aged like shit but at least he has a mogger physique.

go to the gym straight after work for like an hour?

Stop doing push-pull and create a proper 5-6 day split and then just go during your free time for around 45-90minutes
 
sleep really early to wake up at 4 am. thats how i did it
 
You have a lot of time. Just work out at 7 pm
 
Pack your gym bag and put it in your car on Sunday night. Go straight from work to the gym.

Two days a week is not enough to be healthy
It probably is enough to be healthy, it's just not enough for gainz.
