I have been on youtube on and off for years now but even with my new channel which I just started a few days ago, I'm curious how to rack in tons of views and subs

Thumbnails and title plus video duration matter the most tbh

a lot of people have genuine strategies, a lot of the times they get like 10k subs just by having a nice profile and commenting on a bunch of youtube shorts that the algorithm likes or a bunch of yt vids in general that are trending.
