latisse is the best method but just use a eyelash serum if not. Its not close to as good as latisse but is way better then castor/rosemary oil

Literally no reason not to try minoxidil. If you are one of the unlucky ones that get hella bloated from a low dose, just quit it.

you cant grow them without those methods (unless you get extensions, which... why would you?) but you can make them look larger by, for example, applying oils like castor oil, because it moisturizes and strengthens them with its ricinoleic acid + other oils that support eyelash/pore health (coconut, olive, vitamin e oil, and argan oil). another thing is your diet, having a diet rich in biotin, vitamin e, omega 3s and vitamin c promotes healthier eyebrows and helps take care of your follicles which can make them grow! (you can also supplement these)
