How do you grow facial hair more

I want to get a specific cut of hair and since I'm under 18 I thought I would simply grow it back and get this cut but it stopped growing back and the reason for that is because I had it waxed I had it waxed because it was just too much and too thick and at the age of 14 I thought it wouldn't look so bad but it's been almost a month and it still hasn't grown back which is shocking and really concerning is it possible to recover the hair of that area and if so how

Waxing pulls the hair off the follicle entirely so it’s different.

It can take a while to come back and recover. Just dont do it again and you can apply minox to it.
